Preparation Chicken, courgette and scamorza rolls with spinach

  • Wash and cut the green part of the courgettes: chop it and put it on the fire with a little oil. Brown it for a few minutes with the whole clove of garlic, which you will then remove.
  • In a bowl mix the egg and the rest of the ingredients until you make a batter, to which you will finally add the zucchini.
  • With the mixture stuffed the chicken slices, roll them up and tie them with the kitchen string. Brown the rolls in a pan with the oil, turning them from time to time, and blend them with the wine. Cook for 20 minutes, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
