The baked meatloaf is a complete and tasty dish, during the winter I often prepare this recipe of meatloaf with ham and provolone because it is simple to make and can also be prepared in advance. - Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 gr of ground beef
- 250 gr of minced pork
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- 20 gr of parmesan
- 100 gr of cooked ham
- 100 gr of scamorza
- 1 boiled egg
- 20 gr of butter
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- preparation: 20 min
- cooking: 50 min
- total: 1 hour and 10 min
How to make meatloaf in the oven
Soften the slices of sandwich bread in the milk.
Put the 2 types of minced meat in a bowl, the grated Parmesan, the eggs, the salt, the pepper, the parsley, the slices of sandwich bread squeezed with milk
Stir until a well blended mixture is obtained.
Spread the mixture on a surface lined with parchment paper and spread the meat until it forms a rectangle.
Stuff with ham, cheese and pieces of hard-boiled eggs.
Roll up with the help of parchment paper.
Solder the edges well, then transfer the meatloaf with all the paper to an oven dish, then cover with a few curls of butter and close it in the parchment paper.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, then uncover from the parchment paper and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool slightly and serve the stuffed meatloaf in the oven.
