Brownies without baking

The brownies without baking are easy and quick to make, but above all delicious, which remind a little of the chocolate salami. The recipe is from Martha Stewarth and her original name is No-bake triple Chocolate Brownies, far too long to leave it in the original and then it doesn’t seem to me that in the recipe for these brownies there are 3 chocolates, but maybe it’s me who is wrong;) Name aside, the recipe has enticed me a lot and I immediately decided to replicate it, do I need to tell you it’s good? 😉 Well girls I leave you to today’s recipe and I wish you a sweet weekend, basin: *

  • Doses for 1 mold of 20×20 cm:
  • 100 gr of Digestive biscuits
  • 75 gr of hazelnuts
  • 25 gr of bitter cocoa
  • 225 gr of condensed milk
  • 100 gr of dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
(100 ml = 3.4 fluid oz. – 100 grams = 3.5 ounces – 1 liter = 34 fluid oz. – 1 kilogram = 2.205 pounds – 100C° 212F° – 180C° 356F°)
  • preparation: 20 min
  • cooking: 5 min
  • total: 25 min + 2 hours in the fridge

Method

How to make brownies without baking

Toast the hazelnuts in a pan and roughly chop them.

Also chop the cookies coarsely: I put them in a food bag and crushed them with a rolling pin.

Then add biscuits and hazelnuts in a bowl, also add cocoa and salt and mix.

Melt the chocolate (in a water bath or in the microwave), then add it to the mixture together with the condensed milk and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and level it well, pressing it with your dampened hands.

Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours, then divide it into 16 squares.

Your brownies without cooking are ready, you can serve them immediately or keep them in the fridge.
