Method

How to make stewed red cabbage

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it in half and then into strips.
Then wash and dry.

Peel the apple and cut it into cubes, as well as the spring onion.
Fry the latter with the apple in a pan with the oil.

Then add the cabbage, salt and pepper and stir.
Wet now with the broth and cook for about 45 minutes on low heat.

Your stewed cabbage is ready to be brought to the table.
